This Aligata Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") sets out the rules for the collection and use of personal data obtained from the User by the Aligata.com website when using its Services.

We strive to protect and respect your personal data. We use information about you in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

§ 2. Collection of personal data

All personal data that we collect is voluntarily provided by the User.

The Administrator, through the Service, may collect and process the personal data of Users provided during the registration process in the Service:

  • contact details (email address provided voluntarily during User registration),
  • data related to browsing or session usage (IP address, geographic location, user device, operating system, internet browser, screen resolution, language and keyboard settings, internet service provider, referring pages, time stamps, etc.),
  • data related to the order of the Service (name, address, email address, phone number, tax identification number),

We do not collect, obtain, or store information about credit cards, login credentials, or bank account passwords. We use the IMOJE payment gateway owned by ING Bank Śląski, which processes payments. By using the functionalities that require the collection of personal data, the User becomes the Data Controller and entrusts Aligata.com with their personal data for processing.

§ 3. Purpose of data processing

We use personal data for the following purposes:

  • providing and servicing the Services (e.g. logging in, purchasing the service, issuing an invoice),
  • customizing and improving our Services (e.g. collecting statistics on the use of the Website),
  • technical support,
  • protect our interests, rights and property
  • compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

§ 4. Transmission and storage of personal data

  1. According to the GDPR, data transfer and storage requires security which is ensured by the SSL certificate. Aligata encrypts data and ensures transfer privacy and account access control.
  2. Personal data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area or to an international organization.
  3. Personal data is stored no longer than necessary, i.e. until the contract is completed, as well as for the period of limitation of mutual claims related to the Agreement.
  4. The user has the right to access and modify their personal data at any time, as well as to request their immediate deletion ('right to be forgotten') from the Administrator.
  5. The user can submit requests regarding the processing of personal data via email to the data administrator's address.

§ 5. Cookies

Cookie files (so-called cookies) are small text files saved in the User's browser. Cookies do not contain any personal data.

The Aligata website uses cookies to adapt it to the User's needs and for statistical purposes. Using the Website means that the User agrees to place cookies on his Device. The User may change his browser settings at any time.

The Aligata website uses two types of cookies:

  • performance cookies (gathering information on how visitors use the site, e.g. most visited pages or error messages),
  • functional cookies (recognizing the User's device, saving the user's settings, e.g. language, consents, etc.),
